Ben Barnes Says He Is Relieved Rob Pattinson is Edward Cullen
Ben is 29 but looks far younger. It's ageing up rather than passing for 20 that he finds most difficult. 'It's mostly an attitude. Stephen turns from an optimistic young man into someone who's described as a "mad, cold-hearted devil". It's quite a dark place to put yourself in.' He likes to confound expectations, moving between theatre and film and from big blockbusters to small independent films, such as the forthcoming Killing Bono, in which he plays the music journalist Neil McCormick who was an aspiring pop star in the 1980s. 'I wear leather trousers and make an arse of myself,' he says. He has no desire to capitalise on his pin-up status. 'I would loathe to be Robert Pattinson, and I know he struggles with the attention,' he says, revealing that he was once in the running for Pattinson's role as Edward Cullen in Twilight. 'The director announced that it was Robert or me… I'm slightly relieved it was him.'

Eclipse preview: how the book's been changed
Life & Style got ahold of a script for Eclipse, the third installment of the Twilight film saga. And while the basic plot of Melissa Rosenberg's screenplay stays true to Stephenie Meyer's best seller, Twi-hards might be miffed by some key changes:
IN THE BOOK:
· Edward accidentally wakes Bella in bed and the two make up post-kidnapping.
IN THE MOVIE:
· There's no version of this fan-favorite scene in the script.
IN THE BOOK:
· After abducting Bella, Edward pulls her leg over his hip while they lie in bed.
IN THE MOVIE:
· Despite numerous "passionate kisses" between Bella and Edward, there's no leg hitch
IN THE BOOK:
· Rosalie fills in Bella on her back-story in Edward's bedroom.
IN THE MOVIE:
· Rosalie tells a rushed version of the tale in the yard while the others prepare for battle
IN THE BOOK:
· Jacob gives Bella a bracelet for graduation, and Edward gives her a diamond-heart charm.
IN THE MOVIE:
· Sadly, Bella gets none of this bling from her boys in the film.

Life & Style fick tag i ett manus för Eclipse, den tredje versionen av det här Twilight filmen saga. Och även om den grundläggande tomnen av Melissa Rosenbergs manus är troget Stephenie Meyer's storsäljare, så kan Twi-Hards bli upprörda av några viktiga förändringar:
I boken:
· Edward väcker av misstag Bella i sängen och de två gör upp efter kidnappningen.
I filmen:
· Det finns ingen version av denna fan-favorit scen i manus.
I boken:
· Efter bortförandet av Bella, drar Edward hennes ben över hans höft medan de ligger i sängen.
I filmen:
· Trots många "passionerade kyssar" mellan Bella och Edward, så finns det inga ben Hitch
I boken:
· Rosalie berättar sin berättelse för Bella i Edward sovrum.
I filmen:
· Rosalie berättar en hastig version av berättelsen på gården medan de andra förbereda sig för strid
I boken:
