Never one to turn down an invite to host a festive celebration, Holly Madison tapped the Oktoberfest Keg at Hofbrauhaus in Las Vegas on Saturday night (October 8).
The former "Girls Next Door" star got into character as she joined her co-stars, Josh Strickland, Laura Croft, and Angel Porrino, in ushering in a month of fall-time fun in Sin City.
