Pool Party!!

There's not a lot going on, except for Sheila describing to James the epiphany she had last night during the endurance competition. Watching the others hang for hours and hours made her realize that she has "piggybacked" off people her entire life, especially when she was in her 20's (I'll bet). She now realizes she was protecting Matt, and letting Natalie help her get by, and she's not going to do that anymore.
